ClearSky brings together observations from public and configured sources. Risk scores are heuristic indicators, not probabilities or guarantees. Coverage and freshness vary; follow the source and check timestamps before making a decision.

What makes Pro different from the free map?+
Pro adds a personal monitoring workflow: watched countries, custom alerts, full country analysis, a focused briefing and export. The public map remains available without a subscription.
How does the trial work?+
Eligible first-time subscribers receive seven days of Pro through Stripe Checkout. A payment method is requested by Checkout; the selected subscription starts billing when the trial ends unless cancelled.
Can I adjust my monitored countries at any time?+
Yes. You can add, remove, or swap countries on your personal or team watchlist at any moment directly inside your workspace. New configurations take effect immediately for risk tracking and real-time alerts.
What payment methods are supported?+
Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Formal VAT and corporate tax invoices are issued automatically with every billing cycle.
Can I generate formal executive PDF dossiers for leadership?+
Yes. Both Pro and Team memberships include publication-ready Executive Briefing Dossiers. You can export complete multi-country risk profiles with radar charts, vector breakdowns, active airspace restrictions, and verified source citations in one click.
Are risk scores predictions?+
Scores and outlooks summarize observed activity using heuristic weights. They have not been established as calibrated probabilities of future events. Missing observations do not establish that a country is safe.
Can I cancel or change my billing?+
Open the billing portal from your workspace to manage your subscription. Existing subscribers should use the portal rather than start another subscription.
Can my company buy API access?+
Submit an API pilot request below. We assess the required endpoints, volume, source rights and intended use before agreeing scope. Redistribution rights and service guarantees require an explicit agreement.
