Terms of service

Last updated: 3 October 2026

Draft for review. Have these terms reviewed by qualified counsel in your jurisdiction before relying on them for paying customers.

1. The service

ClearSky provides a live map, country indicators, briefings and alerts built from third-party sources. By using the service you agree to these terms and to the Disclaimer.

2. Accounts

You sign in with your email. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. Provide accurate information and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions and billing

4. Team and API pilots

Team and API pilots are scoped individually. A pilot request does not create a subscription or confer rights to redistribute any third-party data. Redistribution rights depend on the underlying source terms and are agreed in writing.

5. Acceptable use

6. Third-party data

Content comes from third-party providers and remains subject to their terms and attribution requirements. We may add, change or remove sources at any time.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. ClearSky is not an official source and must not be your only basis for safety-critical decisions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or to protect the service and other users.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date above; continued use after a change means you accept it.
